A Hotel Bar Set in THE THIN MAN

It’s Christmas time, 3p.m. in the afternoon. Dorothy and Andrew meet Nick in the bar. who is enjoying his time while waiting for his wife, Nora. Nora just finished her Christmas shopping--she comes in with their lovely dog Asta, and leaves a trail of shopping bags all along her way in. The design of the bar focus on creating a cheerful atmosphere by having the Art Deco style murals on the wall, and providing interesting camera positions: the round shape bar area, and multiple levels and rooms from the foyer to the bar which gives Nora a long and challenging route.
